Elevations

Each house will be built on a raft substructure/foundation and the super-structure will be timber-framed using block work with all glass contained in double-glazed timber-framed windows. Roofs will be tiled with lead cladding to all dormers and flat roof areas.

Bases, entrance and window surrounds will be formed from both natural and reconstituted stone and all houses finished with coloured render. Isokern (http://www.isokern.co.uk ) chimneys will serve open fires in all public rooms. Please see specification page for full details and conditions.
