The Links at Renaissance is being developed by N2 Ferntown, a joint venture between N2Capital Ltd and Ferntown Ltd.

A division of the Scottish building concern of George Wood and Son, George and Geoff Wood have built up an impressive portfolio of prestigious developments characterised by high quality finish and superior workmanship. Ferntown's developments are noted for combining a local sensitivity to Scottish building traditions with an inherent grasp of contemporary style and comfort.

Founded by Neil McAllister and Neil Gullan, N2 Capital sources property investments of the highest quality for an established base of discerning UK investors and professional introducers. The company focuses on projects where success is not dependent upon increased valuations, but on those where investors can benefit from the acquisition of prime assets and development profit.

For sales in North America, our partner is Ken Duncan. Ken has been involved in the property and building industry for 30 years. In the past 10 years he has  focused on establishing his own portfolio, buying properties, renovating them and holding them as rental / investment properties in East Lothian, Edinburgh and Florida

In addition to The Links at Renaissance, N2 Capital is currently completing the acquisition of a rural estate in Tuscany through its first SPV, N2 Buriano Ltd.
